In September 2022, the housing specialist was notified by a landlord about an available apartment. Ms. G. viewed and accepted the apartment. She signed a lease for the apartment on October 12, 2022, and moved in on December 23, 2022. The housing specialist ordered a bed, furniture, and other household items for Ms. G prior to her discharge from the nursing home. She was able to spend the holidays in her new home.
