BILS Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Program provides all services tailored to the needs of our deaf consumers. The Deaf Services Program’s mission is to promote self-determination, independence, and celebration among diverse deaf communities regardless of communication background. The Deaf Services Program supports our mission by providing services that empower people with disabilities to live independent and productive lives, with full access to the rights, privileges, and opportunities available to the public. Eligibility
All services are available to people who are deaf, hard of hearing or experiencing hearing loss, including those who are culturally Deaf, and members of the community.
